Goggles-Cobalt Grey

The collection reflects Nicola Bizzarri’s work and his characteristic artistic style: it stems from the idea of eyewear as a tool, emphasising its materiality and concreteness. Goggles is inspired by the shapes of protective work glasses (PPE - Personal Protective Equipment), with wraparound yet sturdy shapes, transparent materials, sober refined monochromes. 
The glasses appears to be composed of several parts, like an assembly in which even screws and hinges play a fundamental role. 
The continuity between designing, producing and using eyewear: the materiality of an object that be-comes an everyday accessory/tool.
